To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free we provide all linens, beach chairs, bikes, cooler and much more. Our guest enjoy a complimentary gym pass to a local gym just a few minutes from the property as well as an hour of free clay-court tennis at a local club in Sea Pines.

Overall we had an enjoyable time in HHI! The unit provided the expected amenities, some of the furniture was a bit dated and some of the kitchen accessories should have been tossed or replaced, but there was more than enough utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc for our needs. We used the pool often and really enjoyed having it as part of the rental. Location wise it was centrally located for convenient acces to Harbor Town, South Beach, and the beach. 4 bikes were provided for our use. The AC worked great – had a few plumbing issues, but the property manager took care of them immediately. We would consider renting one of the units again in the future!

Renter thought of everything. Bikes, wagon, beach chairs. Really made the trip back and forth from the beach easy. Location was great and right across from the golf course. We really enjoyed taking walks and riding bikes daily. We would go back in a heart beat.

Beautiful property with all the amenities you could think of including weber gas grill, bikes, beach chairs, wagon, games, books. Pool just a few feet from back yard. Excellent communication with owner. Jessica thanks for the suggestion of Breakthrough Fitness. My son used it every day and loved it.

This Lighthouse Road villa is ideal: it’s close to the beach, has its own new pool shared with only a few other units, and is appointed well for our family of 3 plus dog! Coordination with the property manager was seamless — and during our stay everything worked great. We appreciated the king bed in the master bedroom on the main level, and our daughter loved spreading out across the two bedrooms upstairs.

We have been going to Hilton Head for 12 years and this is by far one of our favorite rentals!! The unit was decorated beautifully and had probably every appliance, pot, pan, dish that you could think of! They even had a lot of condiments and spices that you often forget. They had aluminum foil, wax paper, saran wrap and parchment paper as well…. Great location only a short walk/ride to the beach. They supplied two bikes, lots of beach chairs, beach towels, tennis rackets, coolers, boogie boards, wagon to carry everything in…..Jessica Fredrick was terrific to work with! We would definitely stay at this unit again!

This was our first time to Hilton Head and Sea Pines. We couldn’t have picked a better place. We loved riding bikes to the beach and everywhere. Loved the walks and how quiet it was. We loved how pet friendly everything is. We always bring our dog. Our villa was clean and open. We will be back next year!

My family and I LOVED this property! The home was beautiful, clean and so well decorated. My favorite part was being able to stand at the balcony from the upstairs, look down, and see the entire living space. We had every kitchen item we could have imagined, which was great because our family loves to cook! We LOVED having bikes! My sister and I went for several bike rides and when we arrived home, went out and bought ourselves two new bikes! It was so nice to have a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella. The walk to the Beach Club was longer than we expected it to be. The parking at the Beach Club was frustrating- they wouldn’t even let someone just drop us off at the entrance and leave! South Beach, Harbour Town and Sea Pines Shops were excellent and so close to the house. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever choose to return to Hilton Head Island. If you’re mixed on houses when booking at HHI, you will not be disappointed with this location!!
