This villa is pet friendly, however only hypoallergenic dogs under 20 pounds are permitted please.

As with all of our villas, enjoy two free bikes to explore all of the beautiful nature and wildlife in Sea Pines, free high speed WIFI, a free fitness center pass to a local gym, as well as a fully stocked kitchen.
Check in is a breeze as we mail your SeaPines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for waiting in line at security. Simply head to your villa, park, and head to the beach! All that is missing is you and your family!

It exceeding our expectations! The size was perfect for a family of 4 (we have already planned to rent again next year and allow our two kids to each bring a friend… there was that much space!). It couldn’t have been any cleaner and you’d never know that pets are allowed which was a huge bonus! The layout is fabulous as the kids stayed upstairs and adults in the bedroom downstairs. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking needs and location of the washer/dryer was perfect. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach and so close to Harbor Town. We will be back and I would highly recommend renting this property!!

A wonderful Hilton Head experience! Sea Pines is the place to be. Our villa was charming, spacious, and clean. Jessica provided us several extra amenities including towels, beach chairs and even bicycles! I rode to the beach with my 6 year old son every day (he brought his balance bike). The path to the beach is perfect to ride, and short enough to walk, and lovely. We saw a decent sized gator in the black lagoon. Many egrets and herons too. The beach is big and perfect. A lot like Fripp, where I’ve been going since I was a kid. A little crowed in front of the club, but not so much if you walk up or down a bit. My dad (a falconer) spotted several bald eagles, peregrine falcons and ospreys. My wife’s favorite part was walking with me on the beach at night. The moon makes the waves look like living silver. Our last night there we played a round of Pirate Adventure Golf, and all of us managed to get a hole in one. Deal yourself an ace and stay here. Five stars!

Great airbnb to stay at! The location was perfect and easy to bike anywhere! The beach was not crowded and was only a five minute bike ride away. I highly recommend staying here!

We took bikes to the beach daily. We were presently surprised to find 4 bikes, instead of 2, with bike locks. The kitchen had everything you could need for making meals there. Great stay for our family! Lots of space to spread out!

This was our family’s first time visiting Hilton Head and we fell in love with the Sea Pines community. This unit on Lighthouse Road was perfect! Upstairs bedrooms for our family and little one, downstairs bedroom for grandma. Dad walked 3 minutes to the golf course and the beach was a 5 minute bike ride away for the whole family. We’d come back in a heart beat!

We had a very pleasant stay at villa 13. All the amenities were awesome including WiFi, washer/dryer, plenty of sleeping room. We had to call Scott to help us get into the place and after we left, we forgot something after checkout, and he was right on top of helping us! The bikes included were a plus. Thanks for keeping this condo extra clean. We ran into some neighbors who complained about there cleanliness and I was impressed I had no complaints at all!! I would rent here again if we ever come back to HHI!!

This property has a wonderful location within walking distance to the beach and halfway between South Beach shopping and Harbour Town. It was a great size and my 2 children enjoyed the loft area while the adults could hang out downstairs. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in any condo on Hilton Head. I would’ve liked to spend more time outside and have a meal or two but the outdoor furniture wasn’t ready for that. The furniture was comfortable and the extra beach towels came in handy! I’d stay here again.

Very comfortable unit with enough space for an extended family vacation. Plenty of space for everyone and all the comforts of home. Best thing is that everything is so close to the unit. A very short walk to the beach to take in the sunrise/sunsets or just enjoy the day at the beach club with your family. Want to relax a little and take a boat tour, it’s a short bike ride (or trolley ride) to Harbor Town. We will check availability of this unit when we return to HHI in the future!

13 Lighthouse was phenomenal!! Our family loved it. There was plenty of room for all of us and the villa was clean. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Our family especially loved the sun room, that’s where we spent all of our time when we were at the villa. All of the extras that were provided were awesome!! We had beach towels, beach chairs, 2 bikes and various other “starter” supplies for our week there. The location was perfect, we rode bikes almost everyday to explore the island. Hope this villa is available the next time we come back to Hilton Head!
